The Determination of Amino Acid in Tea Samples by Transition Metal Enhanced Fluorescence Spectrophotometry

摘要/Abstract

摘要:

探讨了不同金属离子与氨基酸-茚三酮反应产物的荧光增强作用的最佳条件.在表面活性剂SDS的存在下,缓冲溶液pH为4.56时,Mn2+对体系有一定的荧光增强作用.测定结果表明,在最佳条件下,氨基酸的浓度与荧光强度呈良好的线性关系.对不同的茶样进行了测定,回收率为97.59%~103.9%,测定结果令人满意.

Abstract:

The optimum conditions of the fluorescence enhancement for ninhydrin2amino acid with differentmetal ions are studied.In the presence of the surface active agent SDS,manganese ion has the maximum fluorescence enhancement to the system when the pH value of buffer solution is 4.56. The determination result indicates that the fluorescence intensity has good linear relationship with the concent ration of amino acid under the optimum conditions.The method is applied to the determination of the content of amino acid in different teas with satisfactory result. The recovery is 97.59%~103.9%.
