Studies on the Preparation of Polydentate Ligand with1,2-diphenyl-2-amino Alcohol as Chiral Centers
摘要/Abstract
摘要：
用(1R,2S)-1,2-二苯基-2-氨基乙醇作为手性源,以二醛化合物为桥链母体,拟合成多齿手性氨基醇配体,但是生成产物不稳定,而发生规律性的裂解.为此,通过运用质谱、红外和核磁共振等测试手段跟踪反应进程,研究了反应的规律,并提出了可能的反应机理.
Abstract：
The (1R,2S )-1,2-diphenyl-2-amino alcohol used as the chiral source,reacted with the 2,2-(2-hydroxy propyl-2-oxy)dibenzaldehyde under the reflux temperature in xylene to prepare a kind of amino alcohol ligand 2(1R,2S)2,2-(2-hydroxy propyl-2-oxy)-benzophenoneimino,2(1,2-2-phenyl)-2-ethanol.Nevertheless,the resulting products were unstable and decomposed.A possible reaction mechanism was proposed acco rdingto the results that obtained through the reaction process monitored by MS,IR,1H NMR spectra.
