Quantum Canonic Ensemble Theory for Quantum Effects of Mesoscopic Circuit

摘要/Abstract

摘要:

利用量子正则系综理论研究了介观RLC串联电路在能量混合态下的电荷、磁通(电流)的量子涨落,得到了在能量混合态下电路的量子涨落与温度的关系.结果表明,介观RLC串联电路中的量子涨落不仅与本征频率有关,而且与温度有关;温度越高,电路中的量子噪音越大.该结论与目前采用热场动力学理论方法(TFD)所得结果相一致,量子正则系综理论的方法更易理解和应用。

Abstract:

By using of the quantum canonic ensemble theory,the quantum effects of mesoscopic RLC series circuit have been studied in the energy mixed eigenstates.The relation between the quantum effects of mesoscopic circuit and the temperature has been obtained.The results show that the quantum fluctuations of mesoscopic RLC series circuit are not only related to engenf requency of the circuit,but also the temperature.The quantumnoise grows up with the temperature.This result agrees with that obtained by thermal field dynamics (TFD).However the quantum canonic ensemble theory is easily understood and applied.
