摘要：
叙述了结构独特、性能优异的四针状氧化锌晶须的结构特点、制备方法、生长机理、应用等方面的现状,探讨了该晶须的发展潜力和今后的研究方向.
Abstract：
The status of research on T−ZnOw whiskers,whose preparing methods,growth mechanism and application are included, is summarized. T-ZnOw has a unique three dimensional appearance with four outst retching needle-like sticks.It is of great developing potential.At last,the research t rend of T−ZnOw wiskers is predicted.
