高锰酸钾改性活性炭对Au3+的吸附性能研究

Adsorption of Gold on Modif ied Granular Activated Carbon by KMnO4

摘要:

以高锰酸钾改性的颗粒活性炭(MAC)为吸附剂,研究了pH值、吸附时间、MAC投加量和Au3+浓度对Au3+吸附性能的影响,并测定了吸附等温线.结果表明,随着pH的升高MAC对Au3+的吸附率先升高后降低,在pH=2.5时吸附率达到98%;在体系25℃,pH=2.5的条件下,MAC对Au3+的吸附率随时间的延长而增大,吸附平衡时间为90 min;Au3+的吸附量随MAC投加量和Au3+浓度的增加而增大.对Au3+的吸附符合Langmuir单分子层吸附规律,单分子层饱和吸附量为0.332 4 mmol/g.

Abstract:

KMnO4 modified granular activated carbon (MAC) is used as adsorbent.The influnence of pH,adsorption time,adsorbent dosage and the initial concent ration of Au3+on the adsorption capability of Au3+ is investigated,and the adsorption isotherm of Au3+ is also determined.The results show that,with the increase of pH,the gold adsorption rate is increased at the initial stage,and then decreased after reach the maximum value.The adsorption rate is 98% at pH 2.5.At the temperature of 25℃ and pH 2.5,the adsorption of Au3+ on MAC increases with the extension of time,and the adsorption equilibrium time is 90 min ;the adsorption amount of Au3+increases with the increase of MAC addition and Au3+ concent ration;furthermore,the adsorption of gold onMAC adheres to the rules of monolayer adsorption of Langmuir.The monolayer adsorption capacity of Au3+ ontoMAC is 0.332 4 mmol/ g.
