The Effect of Sr-doped on the Grain Size andSinter Temperature of BaTiO3 Thin Films

摘要:

采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了钛酸钡和掺锶钛酸钡薄膜,结合DTA-TGA,XRD和SPM等分析手段,重点考察了锶掺杂对薄膜的结晶温度、粒径和晶胞参数的影响,发现随着锶含量的增加,Ba1-xSrxTiO3薄膜中晶体的晶胞参数逐渐减小,且锶的掺入可降低薄膜的结晶温度、减小粒径和粗糙度.

Abstract:

BaTiO3 and Ba1-xSrxTiO3 thin films were synthesized by sol-gel method.The films were characterized by DTA2TGA,XRD and SPM.The effects of Sr-doped on the sinter temperature,grain size and crystalparameter have been investigated.The results show that the crystal parameter decreases gradually with the increase of Sr content.Moreover,Sr doping reduces the crystallization temperature,grain size and roughness of the films.
