The Catalytic Synthesis of Allyl Hexanoate by SO42-/TiO2/La3+ Rare Earth Solid Superacid
摘要/Abstract
研究了以稀土固体超强酸SO42-/TiO2/La3+ 为催化剂、己酸和烯丙醇为原料合成己酸烯丙酯,并考察了影响反应的因素.结果表明,醇酸比为2.0:1,催化剂用量为0.88(己酸为0.2mol的情况下),带水剂甲苯为20mL,反应时间为2.0h是最适宜的反应条件,酯化率达96.2%.
The synthesis of allyl hexanoate with allyl alcohol and hexanic acid as reactants and rare earth solid superacid SO42-/TiO2/La3+ as catalyst had been studied. The influent actors of reaction were investigated. The results showed that the appropriate conditions should be:weight of catalyst was 0.8g (weight of hexanic acid if 0.2 mol) ,molar ratio of allyl alcohol to hexanic acid was 2.0:1,reaction time was 2. 0 h,the taking water reagent(toluene)was 20mL.The yield of allyl hexanoate was about 96.2%.
