Synthesis and Properties of Diolefin Fluorous Liquid Crystal Compound
摘要/Abstract
以4-(3,4-二氟苯基)-环己基酮和单新戊二醇缩-4,4′-双环己二酮为起始原料,通过合成关键中间体反式-3,4二氟苯基环己基甲基碘三苯基膦盐和4-(反式-4-乙烯基环己基)环己基甲醛,制备了液晶单体反-4-(2-(4-(3,4-二氟苯基)环己基)乙烯基)-4′-乙烯基双环己烷,采用1HNMR和MS手段对其结构进行了表征,并对工艺进行了优化.
As the excellent performance of diolefin fluorous liquid crystal compound,(E)-4-( trans-4-(2-( trans-4-vinylbicyclohex yl) vinyl) cyclohex yl)-3c,4c-difluorophenyl was synthesis from 4-( 3,4-difluorophenyl) cyclohexanone,1,4-cyclohex anedione monoethylene acetal,and bicyclohex ane-4,4c-dione momo-neopentylketal using a series classical organic reactions,which was confirmed by 1HNMR and MS.The key intermedia t rans-4-(3c,4c-difluoropheny-l 4-yl)cyclohex ylmethylt ripheny-l phosphonium iodine and trans-4-vinylbicyclohex anecarbaldehyde were prepared.
