光学纯2-氯丙酸的拆分研究

Study on the Resolution of the Optical ly-active 2-chloropropionic Acid

摘要/Abstract

摘要:

报道了使用光学纯的α-萘乙胺拆分外消旋2-氯丙酸制备(R)-(+)-2-氯丙酸和(S)-(-)-2-氯丙酸的新方法.(R)-(+)-2-氯丙酸收率28%,e.e.值97.2%,(S)-(-)-2-氯丙酸收率12%,e.e.值95.6%.适宜的拆分条件为异丙醇-水为溶剂,n((±)-2-氯丙酸))∶n(拆分剂)=1∶1,反应温度50℃.对(-)-α-萘乙胺和(+)-α-萘乙胺的回收使用进行了研究,回收率分别为70%和51%,重复使用5次,拆分效果不变.

Abstract:

A new method of preparing (R)-(+)-2-chloropropionic acid and (S)-(-)-2-chloropropionic acid by resolution with opt ically-act ive A-naphthylethylamine was reported.T he yields of (R)-(+)-2-chloropropinicacid and (S)-(-)-2-chloropropinic acid were up to 28 % and 12% respectively,the enant ioselectivities of them up to 97.2 % and 95.6 % respectively.T he opt imum resolving conditions were found as follow s:The resolution solvent,V ((CH3) 2CHOH)BV (H2O) = 2:1 at the temperatur 50 e,n((?)-2-chloropropinic acid) Bn (resolving agent)=1B1.The reclaim of resolving agents were studied and their reclaim ratio were 70% and 51%,and their efficiency were unchanged after reusing 5 times.
