Preparation of Nano-CoAlxCr2-xO4 cobalt Blue/ green Pigment by Coprecipitation Method
摘要/Abstract
摘要：
采用化学共沉淀法制备尖晶石结构的纳米颜料CoAlxCr2-xO4(x=0,0.4,0.8,…,2.0),实验所得颜料粒度均匀、粒径小、分散性好、颜色鲜亮.利用X射线衍射(XRD)确定了样品的相结构,并利用XRD谱信息对6种试样的晶格常数、晶粒度及密度进行了计算分析;采用TG-DTA,FT-IR以及SEM等测试技术研究了粉体的形成、形貌及粒径.
Abstract：
Spinelst ructure CoAlx O4Cr2-xO4(x = 0,0.4,0.8,,2.0) pigment with fine g rain size,low aggregates,fine distribution and gay colours was prepared by coprecipitat ion method.The formation process,morpho-logy and particle size of pow ders were analyzed by XRD,TG-DTA,FT- IR and SEM.The experimental results showed that their physical properties varied with the change of element component.
