Taking the Journal of Hebei Normal University as an example which was approved as core journal,analyzed the problems it faced up to and the countermeasures were put forward.The higher school journal should stick to the publication of creative research achievement to win its opportunity in the future sustainable development;better the publishing administration system to guarantee the improvement of academy;stress mutual academic communication and improve the quality of the staff.
