On the Magnetoresistance in Ag_δLa_(0.60)Sr_(0.40-x)Ag_(x-δ)MnO_3

摘要:

采用溶胶-凝胶法(sol-gel)制备了名义组分为AgδLa0.60Sr0.40-xAgx-δMnO3的多晶样品.研究发现,用Ag+替代Sr2+后,样品的居里温度降至室温附近,并且室温磁电阻比替代前明显增大.在1.8T的磁场下,x=0.30的样品在289K时,Rm=17.0%,因此提高了室温时样品的磁电阻.

Abstract:

The polycrystalline samples AgδLa0.60Sr0.40-xAgx-δMnO3were synthesized by sol-gel method.It was found that when Sr2+ ions were partly substituted by Ag+ ions,the Curie temperature of substituted samples decreased to room temperature and the room temperature magnetoresistance(MR) increased obviously than un-substituted La0.60Sr0.40-xAgx-δMnO3.Under an applied filed of 1.8 T,there was a maximum MR with 17 % at 289 K for the sample with x=0.30.Therefore the room temperature magnetoresistance were highly improved.
