Research on Production of Solid Fermentational Feedstuffs in Medium of Waste Material of Pectin
摘要/Abstract
摘要：
用黑曲霉和酵母将果胶粕（生产果胶的废渣）进行固体发酵，确定了合适的氮源、水分、pH、时间等发酵条件，生产出蛋白含量较高的饲料。
Abstract：
Reports the research on the production of feedstuffs in the medium of waste material of pectin by inoculating with asperaillus and yeast.We conducted the best fermentational condition of nitrogen source,water,pH and time.We also producted the feedstuffs with higher protein.
