Preparation of Flame Retardant Dibromoneopentyl Glycol by Gaseous HBr

摘要/Abstract

摘要:

讨论气体HBr与季成四醇反应制备二溴新戊二醇的气相合成方法中催化剂、加料速度、反应时间等因素对产率的影响,并给出了适宜的反应条件;用碳原子个数小于10的核酸为催化剂,用量2.1%~3.3%(基于季成四醇重量),加料速度比3:1~4:1,分水时间1.5~3.0h,总的反应时间7~13h,产率达80%以上。

Abstract:

The effects of catalyst,rate of feed and reaction time as well as other influence factors in the process of preparing dibromoneopentyl glycol(DBNPG) by brominating pentaerythritol with gaseous HBr in the presence of an inert solvent wore discussed,and give the proper conditions: Using a kind of monoacids between 2~10 carbonatoms as catalyst at the amount of 2. 1 %~3. 3% based upon pentaerythritol weight,therate of feed is about 3: 1--4: 1,the time for draining water off condensate about 1. 53. 0 h and the total reation time about 7--13 h. Thus,the yield of DBNPG is 80% uponpentaerythritol weight.
