The Effect of Air Breakdown Process on Human ESD
摘要/Abstract
摘要：
讨论了手持小金属物件的带电人体产生的静电放电，即人体金属ESD,介绍了其放电电流波形的主要特点及影响它的主要因素，并结合气体击穿理论对人体金属ESD过程及其特点进行了分析。
Abstract：
The discharge process of charged humanbody via a metalli cobject held in the hand, namely body-metallic ESD,is analyzed in this paper. The main characteristics of ESD current waveform are presented, and the mainfactors, which have influence on the current waveform, are discussed. The mechanism of ESD is discussed by means of air breakdown theory.
