Multi-Level Progressive Order Prediction Method and Its Improvement

摘要：
发展了多层递阶预报方法，把离线的算法改进为在线的算法。这种方法不仅计算简便，计算量小，而且省计算机储存，便于在计算机上实现。
Abstract：
The MLPO method has been developed. The off-line algorithm has been improved into on-Line one. This algorithm is not only simple, having small calculation,but also economizing the store and the time of computer. This algorithm can be realized conveniently in computer.
