The Application of Principal Component Analysis to Economic Sustainable Development Research

摘要：
阐述了主成分分析的基本原理,并借助统计分析软件SAS对河北省2003年11个地区的经济可持续发展状况进行了数量分析.其中对各主成分的经济意义作了详细解释,并在此基础上得出11个地区的经济可持续发展水平评估的综合排名,同时对各市区经济可持续发展状况进行了综合评价.
Abstract：
The key principles of the principal component analysis are illustrated.the economic sustainable development status of 11 cites of Hebei province is analysed via SAS.Economic meaning fulness of the Principal Components is explained,11 cites are ranged by the level of the economic sustainable development status,and then,the economic sustainable development of cites is appraised synthetically.
