摘要：
部分解决了文献1中提出的一个公开问题，通过相应地减弱T与L的条件并结合T与L,得到了τT,L成为弱T函数的充要条件
Abstract：
Solve a open problem in [1] partly. By weakening the condition on T and L respectively and combining T and L , obtain the conditions on T and L that are both necessary and sufficient for fT,L to be a weakly T- function.
