摘要：
分析了用 Internet传送汉字与图形 E-mail时的“乱码”问题, 介绍了汉字与图形电子邮件的解读、编写、存储及传送的方法.
Abstract：
Problems of random cord were analyzed when a E-mail with Chinese characters or graphics were transmitted,here some resolving approach were introduced for the readability of Chinese E-mail or graphics file alone with it's writing and storage and transmitting.
