The Catalytic Synthesis of Butyl Butyrate by TiO2/SO2-4 Solid Super Strong Acid
摘要/Abstract
摘要：
研究了以固体超强酸TiO2/SO2-4为催化剂,丁酸和正丁醇为原料合成丁酸丁酯,并考察了影响反应的因素.结果表明:醇酸比为1.8∶1,催化剂用量为2.0g,带水剂甲苯为15mL,反应时间为2.0h是最适宜的反应条件,酯化率达97.4%
Abstract：
The synthesis of butyl butyrate with n-butanol and butyric acid as reactants and solidsuper acid as TiO2/SO2-4 catalyst had been studied. The influent factors of rcaction were investigatcd.The results showed that the appropriate conditions should be: weight of cattalyst was 2. 0g(weight of bulyric acid if 0. 2mol) , molar ratio of n-butanol to butyric acid was 1. 8 ∶ 1, reaction time was 2. 0h, the taking water reagent (toluene)was 15mL. The yield of butyl butyrate was about 97. 4% .
