摘要:

用薄层色谱法分离测定了反应混合物中的1, 5-苯并硫氮杂草-α-氨基-β-内酰胺.扫描条件为:λ1=280 nm, λ2=354 nm, 狭缝1.2 mm× 1.2 mm, SX=3.校准曲线的线性范围是 0.275~7.70μg(γ=0.990 5, n=9), 最低检出限为0.140μg.方法的变异系数小于5%, 平均回收率为100.15%, 方法简便、快速.

Abstract:

A method for separation and determination of 1, 5-benzothiazepines T-amino U-lactam in reaction mixture by thin-layer chromatography has been established. The operating conditions are: λ1= 280nm, λ2= 354nm, beam size 1.2mm× 1.2mm, SX= 3. The calibration curves are linear in the range of 0.275 ~7.70μg(V = 0.9905, n= 9), the detectable limit is 0.140 μg. The coefficient of variation of this method is less than 5 %, the average recovery for U-lactam is 100. 15 %. The method is simple and rapid.
