Explore the New Method of Extracting Bilirubin
摘要/Abstract
摘要：
胆红素是制药工业的贵重原料,可人工合成牛黄.合成牛黄的胆红素要求质量较高,因此探索胆红素的提取方法,具有重要的科学价值和经济利益.改进制备胆红素钙盐、酸化、精制等阶段,使胆红素产率和纯度都有明显提高.
Abstract：
The bilirubin is a precious raw material in pharmacy,and synthetic bezoar is made from it, about 150 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine contain synthetic bezoar. The synthetic bezoar asks the quality of bilirubin is very good, so it is important to improve the old mothod of extracting bilirubin in science and economy. The text discuss how to improve extracting methods on step of making calcium salt bilirubin,acidification,refinement etc,the increase in output ratio and purity of bilirubin is very clear.
