In this experiment,conventional hematoxylin-eosin staining was used to make sections,then with light microscope and confocal laser scanning microscope the changes of different elastic ar-teries were investigated and measured.The results are as follows:from ascending aoerta to femoral artery,both the area and the thickness of tunica media of vascular wall were obviously decreased,so was the area of vascular cavity;while the ratio of vascular wall area to vascular cativity area was obvi-ously increased;fluorescence intensity of elastic membranes showed a tendency to decrease.In a word,great changes take place in different elastic arteries.
