摘要：
综合运用调查访问等研究方法,对河北省15所普通高校的337名在职体育教师进行了调查.从年龄结构、学历结构、职称结构、知识与业务水平等方面进行了分析,提出了完善河北省高校体育教师队伍的对策与建议
Abstract：
A deeply investigation and a detailed analysis was made on the topic about the presentage pattern,education experience,the title of technical post pattern etc throughout the investigation on337athletic teachers no-the-job in 15normal academy of Hebei province.At the same time some sug-gestion was raised.
