Synthesis of Li3.4Si0.4V0.6O4 xLi3PO4Composite by Sol-gel Method and Its Ionic Conductivity

摘要:

以柠檬酸为配合剂,用溶胶凝胶法合成了Li3.4Si0.4V0.6O4xLi3PO4(x=0.10~0.50)复合锂离子导体,并用DTA,XRD,AC阻抗技术等对复合物进行了表征.结果表明,当第2相含量为0.30时,室温电导率最高,为1.57μS/cm.

Abstract:

Composites Li3.4Si0.4V0.6O4-x Li3PO4were synthesized by sol-gel method.The product was characterized by means of DTA, XRD and AC impedance techniques. The results show that Li3PO4exists at grain boundaries as a glassy phase and the maximum conductivity at room temperature was 1.57μS/cm.
