The Electrochemical Investigation of the Self-assembled Monolayer Formed by Schiff Base

摘要/Abstract

摘要:

用交流阻抗技术对Au/席夫碱自组装单层膜的电化学行为进行研究的结果表明,酸性较强时,席夫碱单分子膜的膜电容随酸性的增强而增大;实验还表明,Au/席夫碱自组装单层膜可与Cu2+发生作用,其速度随Cu2+浓度的变化而不同.为深入研究膜的结构、席夫碱络合物的生物活性等打下了必要的基础.

Abstract:

Self-assembled monolayer of Schiff base,which was formed on Au substrate,was inves-tigated with electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS) method.The effect of pH value of the sys-tem on the self-assembled monolayer and its complexation with Cu2+ were all considered.The results suggest that the capacitance of the Schiff base membrane varys with the pH value of the solution regu-larly when the system is acidic. The EIS technique also confirm the reaction of Schiff base with Cu2+,moreover,the different concentration of Cu2+ will result in various complexation time.
