The Integration of ERP and E-commerce Based on XML
摘要/Abstract
ERP系统的最新发展主要分为2个方向:一是基于Internet的采购（iProcurement）管理系统,实现企业与供应商之间的网上采购业务管理;二是客户关系管理（CRM）系统.ERP系统定位于企业内部资金流与物流的全程一体化管理,即实现从原材料采购到产品完成整个过程的各种资源计划与控制,主要目标仍是以产品生产为导向的成本控制;而CRM则定位于产品的整个营销过程的管理.iProcurement,ERP与CRM集成一体化运行可帮助企业实现对整个供应链的管理,实现ERP与电子商务的整合.提出了一种基于XML的供应链集成模型.
Now the development of ERP involve two aspects:one is the rocurement management over Internet(iProcurement);the other is customer relationship management(CRM).ERP is focus on the integration management of fund flow and material flow of an enterprise,aiming at the control of prime cost.T he integration of iProcurement,ERP and CRM can make an enterprise control the supply chain and realize the integration of ERP and E-commerce.a model that can realize the integration of supply chain based on XML is posed.
