The Survey and Analysis of Sports Activities and Diets of Retired Faculty
摘要/Abstract
摘要：
对河北师范大学258名退休教职工的健身活动及饮食情况进行问卷调查。结果显示：退休教职工参加体育锻炼的意识强,饮食状况较为合理,但健康状况不容乐观,参加体育锻炼缺乏指导,带有一定的盲目性；因此对退休教职工的体育锻炼要加以指导,使老年人逐渐形成良好的生活方式。
Abstract：
258 samples of sports activities and diets of the retired faculty of Hebei Normal University were gathered by questionnaire.The result shows that the retired faulty has a strong desire to take part in the sports activities,but their health condition is not optimistic. Although the food that they have are good to health,there is on guidance in their physical exercises,which are not good to their health.It is very important to provide the retired faculty with guidance in their sports activities in order to help them to have a healthier way of life.
