The Effects of Polar Potentials on the Electrochemistry Behaviors at the Gold Electrode Modified with Calmodul in Selfassembled -Monolayer

摘要/Abstract

摘要:

采用交流阻抗的方法 ,在包含 1mmol/LFe(CN)3-/4-6的0.15mol/L的NaCl溶液中,研究了不同电极电势对Au/CaM膜电化学行为的影响,结果表明,CaM的空间构型随电极电势的变化不断变化,且在一定电势范围内,随着电极电势的增大,CaM在Au表面的排列越致密。为利用电化学方法研究CaM在不同电场中的变化规律提供了新的思路。

Abstract:

The effect of polar potential on the electrochemistry behaviors of the calmodulin self-assembled monolayer were first investigated in the 0.15mol/L NaCl solution containing 1mmol/L Fe(CN)3-/4- 6.The results demonstruteded that the spatial structure of CaM could vary with the polar potential.The more polarized potential was applied,the more denserstructure of CaM could exhibit.These phenomena a remeaningful to further study the physiological behavior of CaM under different electric potential environments.
