The Synthesis of N,N dimethyl[2Z,4E]dienamine
摘要/Abstract
摘要：
报道[Z,E]共轭烯烃的一种新的制备方法。从2甲基吡啶出发,通过烷基化、部分还原、霍夫曼消除等反应,合成了N,N二甲基[2N,4E]二烯胺,全合成总收率在17.1%～27.8%,异构体纯度高达85 %～90 %。
Abstract：
The synthesis of the derivatives of [Z,E] conjugated diene was reported.Through the alkylation,partly reduction and Hof fman elimination of 2-methylpyridine,the[Z,E]conjugated diene was obtained with 17.1%～27.8% overall yield and 85%～90% ee.
