软件平台的选择是系统开发的重要问题,笔者从地理信息系统软件平台的概述、Mapgis的特征等方面,阐述了以Mapgis为平台开发土地管理系统的优势
Abstract：
The selection of the software platform is an important problem in the construction of a system,this paper analyzed the advantage of Mapgisas the platform for the land management system from the aspect of the summarization of the geographic information system's software,the character of Mapgis and soon.
