盐胁迫对小麦耐盐突变体苗期超氧化物歧化酶活性的影响

The Effect of Salt Stress on Superoxide Dismutase in Wheat Salt-tolerance Mutant

摘要/Abstract

摘要:

对小麦耐盐突变体H8706-34,H8706-44,RH8706-48,RH8706-49室内水培的苗期(2叶1心),进行了0.7%的NaCl盐胁迫试验。结果表明,非盐胁迫时耐盐性强的突变体的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的活性极显著高于耐盐性差的突变体;在盐胁迫时,不同的突变体的SOD活性发生不同的变化。耐盐性强的突变体的SOD活性变化幅度较大,变化周期较长,表现出较好的适应性和对超氧自由基的反应能力;而耐盐性差的突变体的SOD活性的变化幅度小,且变化周期短,表现出较差的适应性和对超氧自由基的较差的反应能力。

Abstract:

Leaves of four wheat salt-tolerant mutants,H8706-34,H8706-44,RH8706-48,RH8706-49,which cultured in 0.7% salt solution,were used to investigate the effect of salt stress on SOD activities.The results are as followed.Compared with the poor salt-tolerant mutants,the SOD activity of strong salt-tolerant mutants is high remarkably during the normal condition.At the saltst ressed stage,different stage,different mutants had different activity of SOD.The SOD activity of strong salt-tolerant mutants had a wider variety range,lo nger period and better adaptability and stronger reaction to superoxide radicle than the poor salt-tolerant mutants.
