The Influence of Sulphuric Acid Concentration on the Nanograde SO42-/TiO2 Solid Super Acid

摘要/Abstract

摘要:

用锐钛型纳米TiO2制备了纳米级SO42-/TiO2固体超强酸,分析了硫酸浓度不同时其比表面积、失重率、红外光谱及催化活性的不同.当硫酸浓度为1.0mol/L时,它在450~900℃的失重率为3.3%,比表面积为105.2m2/g,对乙酸和丁醇酯化反应的酯化率达到98.4 %.玻璃球负载纳米级SO42-/TiO2固体超强酸的重复使用性能好,在乙酸和丁醇的酯化反应中重复使用9次后的酯化率才由初次的99.3%变为84.9%.

Abstract:

The nanograde SO42-/TiO2 solid super acid wasprepared by nanotitania.Itsspecific surface area,weight loss rate,IR spectroscopy and catalytic activity was analyzed when sulphuric acid concentration was different.When sulphuric acid concentration was 1.00mol/L,its weight loss rate was 3.3%between 450~900℃, its specific surface area was 105.2m2/g,the conversion rate of acetic acid was98.4% for the esterificational reaction of acetic acid and nbutanol.The crystal ball supported nanograde SO42-/TiO2 solid super acid was used repeatedly for nine times (3h one time),the 3h conversion rate of acetic acid from the first time 99.3%become down to 84.9%for the esterificational reaction of acetic acid and nbutanol.
