从开发的角度,阐述了客户关系管理应用系统的开发基本要素,重点在于体系结构、开发平台和功能模块,并给出了一种客户关系管理系统的功能模块划分方案.
Abstract：
The essences of customer relationship management application system development is described,and the focus on the architecture,developing support flat,functional modules and so on.And it proposes a solution to dividing the functional modules of customer relationship management application system.
