Synthesis of Pyrene-derived Monoboronic Acid Fluorescent Probes and Their Performances on Chiral Recognition

摘要:

合成了由芘衍生的2种手性单硼酸探针,并测试它们对α-羟基酸的对映选择性识别. 结果表明,探针R-1和S-1对扁桃酸有很好的对映选择性传感效应,且对苹果酸和酒石酸都具有一定的手性识别能力.

Abstract:

In this paper, we have synthesized two pyrene-derived chiral single boronic acid probes, labeled as R-1 and S-1, and investigated their enantioselective recognition behaviors for chiral α-hydroxyl acid. It were found that probes R-1 and S-1 display good enantioselective sensing behaviors not only for mandelic acid but also for malic acid or tartaric acid, with different fluorescence responses to the enantiomers.
