Effects of Different Cultural Conditions on Growth of Genetically Engineered Vaccine Strain

摘要:
基因工程菌的生长条件研究在现代生物高技术产业化的发展中具有重要的意义. 影响基因工程菌生长的因素主要有培养基组分、温度、pH 值、溶氧量等. 笔者分别就以上因素对基因工程疫苗菌株生长的影响进行了研究. 结果表明该基因工程菌株的最适生长条件为37℃, 进口LB 液体培养基, pH 8.0, 200 r/ min,50 mL 锥形瓶装20 mL 培养基.
Abstract:
T he research of genet ically engineered vaccine st rain has g reat influence on the development of biolog ical hig h technology. At 37 e, the growth conditions of genet ically eng ineered st rain w ere studied in detail including culture medium ing redients, pH, the rotate speed of oscillator, flask and so on. The result shows that the optimum cultural conditions were 37℃, 20 mL imported medium LB per 50 mL conical flask, pH 8. 0, 200 r/ min.
