A convenient chemical method for determination of electrolyte of o xalic acid was presented .The electroly te contains four components :oxalic acid, glyoxalic acid, g ly colic acid and glyoxal .Oxalic acid can be separated by precipritation, and the dissolved precipi tate was ti trated by po tassium permanganate .The concent ration of glyoxalic acid can be determined by the volumet ric method of pH tit ration .The concentrationof glycolic acid can be determined by o-benzenedicarbox ylic acid anhy dride .
