The Effect of Salt Stress on the Callus Growth of the Wheat in Different Genotypes
摘要/Abstract
摘要：
通过对不同盐浓度胁迫下小麦愈伤组织增重百分率数据的统计分析可知,一般敏盐小麦的愈伤组织增重百分率随着盐浓度的增加而显著降低.H870634小麦的愈伤组织增重百分率对盐浓度的回归方程为yH870634=-18167x+109.31,即当非盐胁迫时,其愈伤组织每天增长7.29%;在0.5%NaCl时,其增长降低到1.23%,几乎接近停滞生长的状态.
Abstract：
It has been proved by statistical analysis on the percentage data of wheat callus gain under the stress of different salt concentration.With the salt concentration increasing,the percentage of the callus gain evidently declined.The H870634's regressive equation of the callus gain percentage to the salt concentration is y_(H870634)=-18*!167x+109.31.That is,the percentage of the callus gain is 7.29% without salt stress.But it declined to 1.23% under 0.5% NaCl stress and the growth of the callus nearly halted.
