Spectrophotometric Determination of Vitamin B1 Using Iron( ò )-2, 2.-bipyrinine System
摘要/Abstract
摘要：
基于维生素B1(VB1)可将Fe(Ⅲ)还原为Fe(Ⅱ),生成的Fe(Ⅱ)与2,2’联吡啶形成桔红色配合物,建立了偶合反应分光光度法测定VB1的新方法.线性范围2.4～21.0mg/L,相对标准偏差为2.7%.该方法用于VB1片剂、针剂的测定,结果与药典标准方法测得值一致.
Abstract：
new method for determination VB1by Spectrophotometry was developed based on Fe( ó )as the oxidizer of vitamin B1 and 2,2.-dipyridine as the coloring reagent of Fe( ò ) which was produced from Fe( ó ).Linear range 2.4~ 21.0mg/L,the relative standard deviation is 2.7%(Q= 10.0mg/ L,n=11).T he method has been used to determine VB1 in injection and tablets with satisfactory effects.
