Influence of the Different Ways of Fe3+Doped TiO2on Photocatalyticoxidating Methanol

摘要/Abstract

摘要:

掺杂Fe3+可以对TiO2光催化剂进行改性,而且不同的掺杂方式可导致光电催化氧化活性不同.测定了以不同方式掺杂同量Fe3+的TiO2薄膜电极光电催化氧化甲醇的电流值,并通过SEM和EIS进行了表征,为研究电极的光催化氧化机理提供了电化学依据.

Abstract:

T he effect of different Fe3+doping ways on the photocatalytic activity of T iO2nanoparticles films electrode has been investigated.The photocurrent of the electrode in which Fe3+was doped after burn-ing in the colloid is the best among the three doping ways.Fe3+doping is effective to improve the photo-catalytic activity of T iO2 for the nanoparticle in certain diameter extent.These provide the electrochemistry basis for studying the photocatalytic mechanism
