The Cultural Conditions of C. putrificum and the Identification of Biochemistry
摘要/Abstract
摘要：
腐败梭菌是专性厌氧菌,它可引起多种疾病,对畜禽养殖业有较大危害.为了探讨有效控制该菌危害的方法,采用不同培养方法培养了腐败梭菌并进行了某些生化特性的鉴定研究.通过实验得到了一种较实用的培养方法,腐败梭菌生长良好,经生化特性鉴定,该菌株符合腐败梭菌的典型特征.
Abstract：
Clostridium putrificum is an anaerobic organism. It can cause a lot of diseases. In order to obtain the valid control method, the different cultural methods of C. putrificum and the identification of some characteristics of biochemistry were studied. Through the experiment a practical cultural method was obtained. The strain was in accordance with the typical characteristics of C. putrificum by the identification.
