摘要：
从新时期全面推进我国全民健身的视角出发,分析了我国农民体育健身的现状,提出了高师院校体育人才培养重心向农村战略转移的创新理念;阐述了积极构建体育课程改革、课外体育活动以及面向农村体育教育实践立体化整体改革的农民健身指导员培养模式与具体策略.
Abstract：
The current situation of the physical training in the countryside is analysed from the point of improving all the people's physical training in the new era. The new idea is pointed out that in the university the focus of training men for gymnastics should be transferred to the countryside. It is statedthat the reform the P.E course should be set up, more activities should be provided outside the class and the training mode of the director of physical training for the countryside and the specific strategy are studied.
