Application of DNA Molecular Marking Technology in Identifying Chinese Herbal Medicine
摘要/Abstract
摘要：
DNA分子标记技术以其特异性强、可靠性好、灵敏度高等特点为中草药鉴别开辟了新的道路.RFLP,RAPD,AFLP,DNA序列分析等DNA分子标记技术已经在该领域被广泛研究,并且取得了可喜的成绩.介绍了这几种技术的原理和特点,概括了近年来的应用进展,并对前景进行了展望.
Abstract：
DNA molecular marking technology with strong specificity,reliability and sensitivity lead to great progress in identification of Chinese herbal medicine. The techniques including RFLP,RAPD,AFLP and DNA sequencing have been extensively studied and great achievements have been acquired in the field.The principles and characteristics and the most advances in application of these techniques in recent years are discussed. Furthermore,great future of these techniques is discussed .
