Determination of Diazinon Emulsion by Capillary Gas Chromatography

摘要：
选用邻苯二甲酸二甲酯为内标物，二嗪农在2.0~16.0μg的范围内,质量与峰面积比呈现良好的线性关系(r=0.999 6)，最小检出量为0.5 mg/L，加标样回收率平均值为99.3%。方法快速、准确、灵敏。
Abstract：
A method was introduced for the quantative determination of diazinon emulsion by capillary gas chromatograph and flamaionogation deterctor using dimethy phthalate as internal standard.The results showed the quantity of diazinon and peak areas achieved a nice lines relation with lines range 2.0～16.0 μg.The detection limit of this method was 0.5 mg/L.The recovery average was 99.3 %.The experiments showed that the method was accurate and reliable.
