Study on Inhibitory Effect of Wetland Plants on Escherichia coli
摘要/Abstract
摘要：
根据1次典型实验结果研究了狐尾藻，浮萍，香蒲和菖蒲对水体中大肠杆菌生长的抑制作用。结果表明，受试植物中浮萍、菖蒲分泌的代谢产物对大肠杆菌SOD产生胁迫效应并抑制其生长; BOD5与大肠杆菌生长具有正相关性，湿地植物通过去除水体BOD5亦可实现抑菌效应。
Abstract：
Based on once typical experimental result, the growth inhibition of Escherichia coli was studied by means of such wetland plants as Myriophyllum verticillatum, Lemna minor, Typha orientalis, A corus calamus. The result showed that Lemna minor and Acorus calamus could excrete metabolisms to inhibit the Escherichia coli. Decreasing BOD5 was another way to inhibit the Escherichia coli by wetland plants.
