Preparation and Photocatalytic Activity of TiO2 Films Under Action of Polyethylene Glycol 600

摘要/Abstract

摘要:

以TiCl4为原料、玻璃载玻片为载体,采用溶胶凝胶法制备了聚乙二醇600(PEG600)作用下的TiO2薄膜。实验发现:经550℃煅烧,得到了锐钛矿与金红石混相的TiO2;随着PEG600含量的增加,金红石相TiO2含量增加,TiO2的形貌由不规则向球状转化,所得TiO2的粒径减小;PEG600的加入,提高了TiO2薄膜的光催化性能。

Abstract:

Using Titanium chloride ( TiCl4)as the raw material and glass slides as the carriers,TiO2 films were prepared by sol-gel method under the action of polyethylene glycol 600( PEG600) . The results showed that mixed crystalline phases of anatase and rutile were obtained after calcining at 550 ℃. The relative content of rutile phase increased with the increasing of PEG600 added. With increasing concentration of PEG600 ,the shapes ofTiO2 transformed from irregular shape to sphere-type particles,and the size became smaller. The photocatalytic activity of TiO2 films added PEG was higher than that of unadded samples.
