Progress in Mechanism Research of Methane Reforming to Produce Syngas

摘要/Abstract

摘要:

天然气工业技术中CH4的重整反应一直是科学研究的热点,实验发现CH4有多种途径转化为合成气(CO,H2),但机理不相同.随着研究方法的不断更新,人们对重整反应机理的研究也逐步深入.主要阐述了机理研究的发展与现状,并结合催化剂积碳、反应条件、产率等方面比较了重整的各种途径,对现有的机理作了对比分析.

Abstract:

Methane-reforming in gas industry technology has been the focus of scientific research. It was found that there were many different ways making methane into synthesis gas ( CO and H2) through scientific experiments, but their mechanism were not the same. With the continuous updating of research methods, the researches on the mechanism of reforming reaction were also gradually in depth. The development of mechanism and their status quo were described. Combined with carbon on catalyst surface, reaction conditions, yield and many other aspects, the various restructuring was compared, the existing mechanism was analyzed contrastively,which has a positive significance to the research of methane reforming experiment.
