空气式静电放电的规律

摘要:

利用新型静电放电(ESD)模拟测试系统,在较宽范围的电压电平下,用数字存储示波器测量了放电电流的峰值、自制金属半圆环上的耦合电压峰-峰值,对结果进行分析得到:在放电电压一定的情况下,放电电流峰值和耦合电压基本上随着电极接近速度的提高而增大,负极性放电时,没能呈现出很好的规律性;在各个不同的接近速度下,放电电流(耦合电压)与放电电压呈现的规律是一致的,放电电流(耦合电压)与放电电压不存在简单的单调递增或者递减的关系;不同极性的放电电压,呈现出不同的规律性.

Abstract:

Using a new electrostatic discharge(ESD) simulation and testing setup at a wide-broad voltage levels,using a digital memory oscilloscope,the peak currents of discharge and the peak-peak voltages induced on the home-made semi-metal-loop are measured.The correlations of measured results have been analyzed.Analyses show that under certain discharge voltage,the peak value of discharge current and induced voltage basically increase with the increase of approaching speed,but the relationship under negative pole discharge appears complicated.The law between the discharge current(induced voltage) and the discharge voltages appears identical at different approaching speed,there is not simple monotone increasing or decreasing law between them.The air ESD under different electrodes polarities have obvious different characters.
