Effects of Reagents in the Laboratory Course for Teaching Molecular Biology on Life Span of Drosophila melanogaster
摘要/Abstract
不同的分子生物学实验试剂对果蝇寿命都具有极显著降低的作用.含有20mmol/LTris的培养基中的果蝇的成活天数比对照降低了52.4%,含有10g/LSDS的培养基中的果蝇寿命缩短了73.6%,10mmol/L的EDTA能使果蝇寿命降低50.1%,含有5mL/L的酚仿醇分离液的培养基中果蝇平均寿命仅为3.5d.随着药剂浓度的增加,果蝇的寿命多呈对数曲线下降的趋势.
The resultsof the experiment show that the reagents in the laboratory course for teaching molecu - lar biology can reduce the life span of Drosophila melanogaster remarkably. The life span of Drosophila melanogaster has 52. 4% decline on the culture medium with 20 mmol/ L Tris. And there is 73. 6 % decline on the culture medium with 10 g/ L SDS. The reagents of 10mmol/ L EDTA can reduce the life span of Drosophila melanogaster 50. 1 %, and the 5 mL/ L PCS can keep the life span of Drosophila melanogaster 3. 5 d.
