摘要：
研究了一类具有时滞的三维Lotka-volterra竞争互惠系统正平衡点的全局渐近稳定性,采用具体构造Lyapunov泛函和分析超越函数零点分布的方法,给出了充分与必要条件.
Abstract：
A three dimensional Lotka2volterra cooperative or competition system with delays are considered.By constructing suitable Lyapunov functional,necessary and sufficient conditions are presented for global asymptotic stability of the Lotka2volterra system.
